Mr. Loo Chin Leong, the founder of the first generation. At first, Mr Loo is at home running his own little bakery shop. As a result of Mr Loo's Principle of Management, i.e. to produce the genuine goods at a reasonable price, hard work and manage the confectionery attentively, its since old days, has obtains a very good response and market demand.

Chin Hiang Cake Shop was officially registered by his son. Nowadays the person who in charge is Mr Loo's son, Peter Loo. Peter Loo continue producing his father's spirit, continue to expand the market. Chin Hiang Cake Shop handmade Miku, Ang Ku, Huat Kuih, Bee Koo etc., all kinds of Chinese traditional kuih.

In order to expand the market and business, Chin Hiang Cake Shop has a new shop at 184, Lebuh Kimberley. And the original shop at 351-M, Perak Road. These two shops are located in the commercial heart of Penang Island.

In this 21st century, Chin Hiang Cake Shop still use the traditional approach, to create a delicious traditional Miku.
